Our Story

We're the Ricketts. Matt & Angela. We have been married for 13 years this June.

Every adventure has a beginning, middle, and an end. We hope we are just at the beginning of ours. As young(ish) entrepreneurs, we have always valued experiences. We have always taken risks and are the relatives that everyone thinks are a little crazy. But we wouldn't have it any other way.

We hope we can share that love of adventure with our 3 children Nadia age 10, Kai age 6, and Augustina almost 3. They are a major part of team Ricketts, and each of them brings us so much joy.

A major impetus to get out and do this now is our son Kai. Last year he was diagnosed with an early onset progressive eye disease. We don't know what his future holds, but we are committed to helping him see the world while he can. We have dedicated ourselves to supporting the Foundation Fighting Blindness and that will be a major part of our journey moving forward.
